Amidst the festive atmosphere of Christmas, Socrates has held the month-long “Light of Debate Airdrop Season 1” campaign since December 21st. All the users’ energy and debates made this month-long rollercoaster an absolute blast! Today is the day we’re distributing 4 million SOC to our loyal and active users!
What’s the Light of Debate Airdrop Season 1?
On Socrates, users can earn points as rewards through various interactions, such as asking questions, voting for questions, engaging in pop quizzes, and more. As a gesture of appreciation to our users, from December 21st to January 21st, the points earned on Socrates serve as the basis for you to earn additional SOC token rewards. The distribution of SOC, is determined by the proportion of points earned by users throughout the campaign. In simple terms, the more points a user accumulates, the larger the amount of SOC they can claim from the airdrop. Today marks the day when we’ve completed the final calculations of the Airdrop allocation; a thanks to our users for actively participating and contributing to the Socrates community.
Claiming rewards and the associated benefits:
Starting from 11:00 AM (UTC+0) on 28th January, you can claim the final amount of SOC you have earned on the wallet page or airdrop page. Click “Claim” and confirm your wallet, SOC is now deposited to your wallet. As SOC is deployed on the Ethereum Mainnet. Please ensure that you have enough ETH on the Mainnet to cover the gas fees.
As our governance token, SOC grants exclusive voting rights on crucial decisions within the Socrates DAO. We’ve also got big plans for SOC in the future, where users will also be able to upgrade specific attributes with their Pens, unlocking various benefits and additional rewards!
